How to Add a New Page

This article shows you how to add a new page to your website from inside your Appropriate Websites dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your Appropriate Websites dashboard at studio.appropriatewebsites.com.au

Step 2: Click Pages under the Content section in the left hand menu

Step 3: Click Create New Page in the top right corner

Step 4: A popup will appear asking for two details

Step 5: Enter the title of your new page in the Title field for example Lawn Mowing or About Us

Step 6: The slug will be automatically generated based on the title you entered. The slug is the unique identifier used in your page URL

Step 7: Click Create

Step 8: Your new page will open in the editor ready for you to add your content

Step 9: Fill in your content by clicking directly into each text field and updating the text and images

Step 10: Click Save Changes when you are finished

Step 11: Your new page is now live on your website immediately

Important Note

After creating a new page make sure you add it to your website navigation menu so customers can find it. To do this go to Site Management and click Menus to add your new page to the menu.
