This article explains how your website pages are structured inside your Appropriate Websites dashboard and how to find and manage them.

How to Access Your Pages

Step 1 — Log in to your Appropriate Websites dashboard at studio.appropriatewebsites.com.au

Step 2 — Click Pages under the Content section in the left hand menu

Step 3 — Your pages list will appear showing all pages on your website

What You Can See on the Pages List

Each page in your list shows the page title, a published status indicator, and the date and time it was last modified. On the right side of each page row you will see three options; View, Edit, and a three dot menu for additional options Replicate and Delete.

Clicking View opens that page on your live website in a new browser tab. Clicking Edit opens the page editor where you can update the content.

Your Default Pages

Your website comes with a set of pre-built pages. These pages are Blogs, Contact, About Us, Home, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. All of these pages are already set up with template content. Your job is to update them with your own business details.

Inside the Page Editor

When you click Edit on any page the editor opens and shows you the full content of that page broken into content blocks. Each block represents a section of the page such as contact information, a form, or an embedded map.

At the top of the editor you will see several tabs. The Content tab is where you edit the page content. The Configure Blocks tab is where you manage the individual blocks on the page. The Meta Tags tab is where you set the SEO title and description for that page. The Scripts tab is where you add page-specific scripts. The Analytics tab shows performance data for that page. The Lighthouse tab shows your page performance score. The Notes tab is where you can add internal notes about the page. The Activity Log tab shows a history of all changes made to that page.

At the top right of the editor you will see Previous and Next buttons to move between pages, a View button to see the live page, and a Preview button to preview your unsaved changes.

At the bottom of the editor you will find the Save Changes button and a Cancel button.
