How to Preview Your Entire Website
Step 1 — Log in to your Appropriate Websites dashboard at studio.appropriatewebsites.com.au
Step 2 — Click the blue View button in the top navigation bar
Step 3 — Your live website will open in a new browser tab showing exactly how it looks to your customers right now
How to Preview a Specific Page
Step 1 — Click Pages under the Content section in the left hand menu
Step 2 — Your pages list will appear showing all pages on your website with their title, published status, and last modified date
Step 3 — Find the page you want to preview and click the View button next to it
Step 4 — That specific page will open in a new browser tab
How to Check How Your Website Looks on Mobile
Step 1 — Click the screen preview icon in the top navigation bar next to the View button
Step 2 — Your website preview will switch to a mobile view so you can see how it looks on a smaller screen
Step 3 — Click the icon again to switch back to desktop view
Important Things to Know
The View button always shows you the current published version of your website. If you have saved changes but not yet clicked Publish those changes will not appear when you preview. You must click Publish inside the editor for your changes to appear on the live website.

Q1: I made changes and clicked Save but my live website looks the same. Why?
A: Saving stores your changes inside the editor but does not make them live on your website. You need to click Publish after saving for your changes to appear on the live website.
Q2: The View button is not opening my website. What do I do?
Make sure your subscription is active. If your subscription has lapsed your website will be offline. If your subscription is active and the View button is still not working contact support at [email protected].
