How Your Subscription Works

Appropriate Websites works on a simple monthly subscription model. When you subscribe you get instant access to a ready-made professional website built specifically for your industry. Your website is live and ready to receive customer enquiries from the moment your subscription is active. There are no setup fees, no lock-in contracts, and no hidden charges. Every new subscription includes a 7 day free trial so you can explore your website and make sure it is right for your business before you are charged anything. Your 7 Day Free Trial Every new website subscription starts with a 7 day free trial. During your free trial your website is fully active and you have access to everything included in your subscription. You can edit your content, receive leads, and explore all the features without being charged. Your free trial starts on the day you subscribe. If you decide Appropriate Websites is not right for you during this period you can cancel before the 7 days are up and you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel during your free trial your subscription automatically continues and your first monthly payment is charged on day 8. From that point you are billed on the same date every month going forward. For example if you subscribed on the 1st of March your free trial runs until the 7th of March. If you do not cancel your first payment is taken on the 8th of March and then on the 8th of every month after that. What You Get With Your Subscription Your subscription includes everything you need to have a professional website up and running. This includes your ready-made industry website to keep it online 24 hours a day, lead capture forms so customers can contact you, a content editor so you can update your text and images at any time, and access to the Appropriate Websites support team whenever you need help. How Billing Works After your 7 day free trial your subscription is billed monthly and automatically charged to your saved payment card on the same date every month. You will receive a payment receipt by email after every successful charge so you always have a record of what you have paid. How Websites Work With Your Subscription Each website you subscribe to is a separate monthly subscription. If you have one business you have one subscription and one website. If you have two businesses you have two subscriptions, one for each website. If you want to add a new website you simply subscribe to a new template and a new subscription starts. If you want to remove a website you cancel that subscription and your other websites are not affected. It is important to understand that each website is a ready-made industry template. You choose the template that suits your business and customise the content including your business name, photos, services, and contact details. You cannot build a website from scratch inside Appropriate Websites. What Happens If You Cancel If you decide to cancel your subscription during your 7 day free trial you will not be charged anything and your website will go offline immediately. If you cancel after your free trial your website stays live until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends your website goes offline. Your data is saved for 30 days after going offline. After 30 days your website data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Frequently Asked Questions Do I need to enter payment details to start my free trial? Yes.
